James Boyle

William Neal Reynolds Professor of Law, Duke Lae School

James Boyle is a Professor of Law at Duke Law School, and co-founder of the Center for the Study of the Public Domain. He was a founding Board Member of Creative Commons, writes an online column for the Financial Times and is the winner of the 2003 World Technology Network Award for Law. His most recent book is Bound By Law, a "graphic novel" about the effects of intellectual property on documentary film.
